Cases Reception is raising, Judges are demanded to increase the Cases Resolution

Since early of 2011, lawsuit reception in Religious Court of Purwokerto has been increasing day after day. Data collected by pa-purwokerto.go.id from legal secretariat of Religious Court of Purwokerto at the end of 2010 showed that the ongoing remaining lawsuits are 652, whereas the cases receptions during 4 (four) ongoing months were relatively significant which was 216 cases since January. However, the cases filed were decreasing on February with 204 cases. On March, there was an increase as many of 231 cases and 211 cases appeared on April.

Prioritize the Enforcement of Justice for All and SOP Implementation

Following up Badilag Directorate General’s program regarding Legal Aid Post (Posbakum), Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure, and case administration supporting program, Purwokerto Religious Court took necessary steps to prepare the abovementioned points. This Badilag Directorate General’s program was discussed during official meeting held today (12/04). The meeting was held in Main Courtroom attended by Vice Chairman, Judges, and entirely Purwokerto Religious Court officers.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Hon. Harifin A. Tumpa, officially opened a ceremony on synchronizing the Blue Print of Judicial Reform and the Priority Agenda of Bureaucracy Reform in the Supreme Court, on Tuesday (3/4/11) in Jakarta.

Leadership of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Justices, and Officials of echelon I, II, and III, which are members of the Working Group of Judicial Reform, attended this meeting that lasted until May 4, 2011.
